Led by Jessica Naga, a fintech lawyer, co-founder and Managing Director of DPN, the group provides customised professional services to support innovation and growth of small and large organisations across the African region.

Digital Associates Ltd is a pan-African law firm, comprising of internationally qualified and multilingual lawyers, having strong links to African countries. We offer a full range of cross-border services to high net worth individuals, corporations, investment funds, governments and international organizations and as our name suggests, have special expertise in technology related matters.
Digital Associated Corporate Services Limited (“DACSL”) is licensed by the Registrar of Companies of Mauritius, to provide company secretarial services to domestic companies in Mauritius. DACSL also holds a licence from the Financial Services Commission of Mauritius to act as a qualified trustee to trusts set up in Mauritius.
Digital Corporate Partners (Africa) Limited (DCPAL) is a licensed ICSP in the Seychelles and advises both local and international companies in terms of structuring / restructuring to maximise operational and financial efficiency and at the same time minimise risks and expenses. DCPAL is tech focused and uses technology, AI and blockchain as tools toachieve the former.
Digital Fund Administrators (Africa) Limited (DFAAL) is licensed by the Financial Services Authority of Seychelles to provide fund administration services. DFAAL serves Mutual Funds as defined in the Mutual Fund and Hedge Fund Act 2008 and this includes umbrella funds and hedge funds. Whilst DFAAL works with any sector fund, it has a specialised focus on funds operating in the FinTech sphere.
Digital Bank Limited (DBL) is licensed by the Central Bank of Seychelles and aims to become the banking partner for startups, SMEs and FinTech companies in Seychelles and across Africa. DBL will provide more efficient channels to customers and cost-effective technologies to enhance the customer experience through value-adding services. It intends to bring cheaper and more efficient technologically enabled financial services for corporate and retail clients. DBL aims to be live by Q2 of 2023.
